Rue has a winter coat makes her look much bigger than she is--she is actually a small cat. Rue is independent, but affectionate. She gets along nicely with other cats and she really likes dogs. She would like to be indoor/outdoor. This girl has been in foster care her entire life--won't you please give her a chance?!
