KOBI is a young, male, Fawn and White Chihuahua. He is frightened in the shelter environment and would benefit greatly from getting into a home environment. We find that these small dogs do so much better when away from the facility and into a home with gentle, older family members. The shelter staff is trying hard to comfort KOBI and he is trying hard to adjust to this very scary place.
