ARLO is a silly, funny, Border Collie/Kelpie with maybe a little Bullie thrown in. We all love him and he loves us back. ARLO will probably grow up to be a handsome muscle man. With proper puppy training and attention, this little one will be your best friend for life. ARLO did not want to stay still for his pictures (really?) and we will try for better ones soon.
