CEASAR is a 2 year old, 12 lb, male Yorkie/Scottie cross. He is overwhelmed in the shelter, but does warm up to people. At this time, CEASAR does not do well with other dogs. We believe this will change for the better following his alter surgery. CEASAR is good with people after a short meeting period and likes to be held.
