KIP is a two year old, shorthair, Border Collie. He is a friendly boy and appreciates attention from people. KIP is a responsive, intelligent dog. He is also good on leash. KIP would do best placed in a home with an active person/family who can spend lots of time with him. A secure fence is a must for this boy. Border Collies need to stay busy and should not be left alone for long periods of time. KIP would enjoy time outdoors, but definitely needs indoor contact with his people too.
