Shelby Lynn is a very happy, sweet girl.  She loves treats, and knows sit and shake commands.  She has a soft, shorter hair coat that is easy to manage and feels nice to pet.  Shelby Lynn just wants to be loved and very much likes her belly rubs :)  She seems to do well with dogs, including small dogs.  And seems okay with cats.  We are giving our best guess on breed.  When she talks, she seems to sound a bit like a hound, but she is not too big a talker.  She would love to be in an active family and get out for some exercise. 

Shelby had an accident falling out of the back of a vehicle while it was moving.  Her owner backtracked to find her and take her into the veterinary hospital, but due to finances was unable to treat and keep her.  Dana Park Veterinary Hospital has treated Shelby Lynn and will donate her spay surgery in order to give her a second chance at a new home. She is an extremely sweet dog. She was very well mannered for the bandage care of her abrasions from the accident.   Shelby is all healed up now and ready to go!
