These two senior kitties desperately need to find a new home ASAP. They belong to my mother in law, who is now a long term resident in a skilled nursing facility & we are in the process of cleaning out her apt.
They are both around 13, INDOOR ONLY. They use a litter box, are spayed & are super sweet.
Here are some details about them:
Bacardi is the brownish fluffy one. She keeps to herself & likes to hide but will come out after I have been in the apt for about 20 minutes or so.
Hefe is the black & white one. We thought that she was ill & needed to be put down. I took her to my vet & it turns out she is hyperthyroid & needed to be put on meds. She now is on a daily thyroid med that costs about $40 for 100 pills. Other than this there wasn’t anything else in her bloodwork to indicate any other health concerns, although the vet did want to see her in a month to recheck her thyroid.
The cats are located in Redding.
We actually have until mid January to rehome them.
