Daisy Dot was originally rescued as an orphan along with three siblings and bottle-fed at our local shelter. After being weaned, Daisy was adopted to a loving family. Unfortunately, Daisy Dot had to be rehomed as she was a little too frisky for the children, small dogs, and chickens in the home.

Daisy Dot is very sweet and snuggles and purrs. She LOVES to be held. Will tuck her head under your arm and knead. Does give love bites on chin and ear. Sometimes just a touch too hard, though not on purpose. She'll ask to be picked up by standing up against your leg and when you pick her up, she goes limp, all stretched out. Her prior owners told us she loves to fall asleep "holding hands". ❤

Daisy Dot can be very needy and will grab onto you when she wants more attention so an experienced and calm owner with the time and energy and attention Daisy Dot needs would be ideal.

She doesn't seem to sleep much, plays ALOT and is VERY active. She is a really good huntress and loves to stalk and hunt. She would absolutely LOVE to be able to go outside in a safe area where she could hunt birds or lizards or rodents to her heart's content!

"Will work for hugs". VERY easy to train. She learned how to play fetch after only 10 minutes! a "job" and someone who would enjoy fulfilling her need to be stimulated. Learns tricks very fast for hug rewards. Loves to snuggle, but will get into trouble when bored.

Daisy Dot gets along with other cats and dogs but would do best with companions who are larger and not afraid to put her in her place if needed when she gets a little too frisky.
