Tootsie is very sweet and loving. She must have once been someone's baby as she likes being held and carried around. She is totally at ease being cradled on her back like a baby and doesn't mind her belly rubbed. Very easy going. Tootsie gets along with other dogs and would do just fine with children. We don't know if she's been around cats but with her sweet and easy-going nature, cats most likely be no problem with proper introduction.
